1. Eligibility & Timeframe: Returns, Exchanges, and Price Adjustments
- Standard Returns/Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

- Faulty/Wrong Item Claims: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence.
- Price Adjustments: If a full-price item you purchased is reduced in price within 14 days of your purchase, you may contact customer service for a price adjustment. The difference will be refunded as store credit. This does not apply to items bought with promotional codes, Final Sale items, or limited-time promotions.
2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unused: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original Condition: The item itself, all accessories (e.g., removable padding, extra buttons), and original packaging must be undamaged.
- Tags Attached: All original brand tags, size labels, and care instruction tags must be intact and attached.
- Hygiene & Odor: Items must be free of any wear, stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, body odor), or pet hair.
The following items are NOT returnable (Final Sale):
- All swimwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked "Final Sale", or purchased from "Sale" / "Clearance" sections, or heavily discounted promotional items.
- Any personalized or customized items.
- Any items returned more than 30ย days after delivery.
- Any item not meeting the "Original Condition" requirements above.
3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@eunfew.com to negotiate your return or exchange. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason in your email.
- Await Approval & Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and inform you via email if it is approved, along with specific return instructions (e.g., Return Merchandise Authorization number).
- Send the Item(s): After your return or exchange request is approved, do not send it back to the original address. We will provide the new mailing address for returns or exchanges via email.
Under what circumstances do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
- Personal Reason (e.g., Dislike/Unsuitable): Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Quality Problem (e.g., Wrong/Damaged Item): No, you don't need to bear the return shipping costs. Please send us an email to support@eunfew.com with your order number details and pictures of the problem. We will look into the case once we receive your email and then offer you a solution (e.g., replacement or refund).
- The return/exchange shipping fee is 20% of the value of the returned/exchanged goods.
4. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Refund Processing:
- Warehouse Processing: It takes us approximately 7 business days to inspect and process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- Refund Issuance: Once processed, the refund is automatically issued to your original form of payment.
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
Payment Method Details:
- Original Payment: Refunds are issued to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account.
- Gift Card Payment: If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued to a new e-gift card.
- Split Payment: For orders paid with part gift card and part credit card, the refund is applied to the gift card first, with any remainder refunded to the credit card.
Exchange Processing:
- Stock Risk: Choosing an exchange does not reserve the requested item in stock. If the item is out of stock when your return is delivered, we will automatically process a refund for that item.
- Shipping: Your exchanged item will be shipped after your return is processed at our warehouse and is sent to the original order's shipping address. You will receive new tracking information.
Store Credit: In certain circumstances (e.g., if original payment refund is not possible), we may issue equivalent Store Credit to your account for use on future orders.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
International Returns:
- For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and other destinations outside the USA, if the return is due to a "Change of Mind" (e.g., does not fit, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment to our designated address after your return is authorized. If the return is due to a "Quality Problem" (e.g., wrong item, damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Gift Returns:
- The gift recipient can initiate a "Gift Return" online. The refund will be issued as an e-gift card emailed to the return requester.
Damaged/Faulty/Wrong Items:
- Please contact us immediately at support@eunfew.com with your order number, description, and clear photos (showing the full item, the issue, and the brand label).
- In most cases, you do NOT need to ship the item back in advance. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Third-Party Purchases: For EUNFEW items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, other marketplaces), please contact that seller directly for returns.
