Ordering
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your order. To provide the fastest processing, orders are immediately sent to our system for fulfillment upon submission. Therefore:
- Order Cancellation: You have a 15-minuteā "grace period" after placing your order to cancel it yourself. Please log into your EUNFEW account, locate the order in "My Orders" and click the "Cancel Order" button, or use the link in your order confirmation email. After 15 minutes, orders cannot be canceledā as they will have entered our warehouse processing queue. If you no longer want the item at that point, you may return it upon receipt according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Order Changes: We regret that once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including but not limited to: adding or removing items, changing size/color, modifying the shipping address, altering the shipping method, updating payment information, or applying a discount code. To make a change, please cancel your original order within the 15-minute window and place a new order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the shipping address in our system.
- After your order has been shipped, you may contact the shipping carrier directlyā (contact details and tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email) to attempt a delivery address change request. Please note this service is provided by the carrier, is not guaranteed, and may incur additional fees.
- lĀ Important Notice: EUNFEW (SpeedGlow Hobby LLC) cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you and is not liable for refunds or replacements in such cases.
Shipping & Delivery
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Youāll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your EUNFEW Order is on the way," which will contain a tracking link and your tracking number.
You can also always log into your EUNFEW account and check the order status and tracking information in the "My Orders" section.
- Note: Tracking information usually updates within 24-72 hoursĀ after shipment. If there's no update immediately, please allow some time as your package may be in transit.
My tracking hasnāt updated in a few days. What should I doļ¼
Tracking typically updates every 24-48 hours, but delays can occur during transit (especially for international legs).
- First, check the tracking link for any exception statuses, such as "Awaiting Customs Payment" or "Address Issue."
- If there has been no update for over 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- For orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 14+ daysā for tracking updates before inquiry.
Product, Returns & After-Sales
My order is missing an item. What do I doļ¼
Please first check your shipping confirmation email to verify the list of items included in that shipment.
- If the item is listed in the email but you did not find it in the parcel: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of deliveryā and provide your order number so we can investigate.
- If the item is NOT listed in the shipping email: This usually happens for one of two reasons:
1) The item is shipping separately from a different warehouse, and you will receive another shipping notification; or
2) The item was out of stock, automatically canceled, and refunded. Please check for an "Order Update" email (including your spam/junk folder).
I received the wrong item.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the incorrect item you received
- A photo of the outer packaging (if available)
Ā I received a damaged item.
We are sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of deliveryā so we can assist you promptly. For our investigation, we will need you to provide:
- Full-length and close-up photos of the damaged item
- Photos of all labels on the item
- Photos of the outer packaging / mailer bag

- Critical Warning: If you have made a purchase from an unofficial source (a fake website), EUNFEW (SpeedGlow Hobby LLC) cannot provide any after-sales support, quality guarantee, refunds, or replacements. We strongly advise you to:
- 1.Ā Contact your bank or payment service provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card issuer) immediately to report it as a fraudulent transaction.
