If we cancel your order, we will notify you and will not charge you, or will issue a full refund if payment was already collected.

  • Display: We endeavor to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your display, and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
  • Descriptions: Product descriptions are provided for identification purposes only. We are not responsible for minor variations in design, texture, or fit that do not materially affect the use of the product. Accessories pictured may be sold separately.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Destinations:We currently ship to addresses within the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
  • Shipping Costs & Times: Estimated shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and are subject to change based on carrier availability and destination. Delays may occur during promotional periods or due to carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of Loss & Title: Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after that point.
  • Delivery Issues: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may deduct associated shipping and handling fees from any refund, or you may be liable for reshipment costs.

8. Your Rights to Return & Refund

  • Legal Rights: You may have legal rights regarding defective products or products not as described, which are not affected by our policy.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Yoga undergarments (e.g., sports bras, leggings).
    • Any items where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
    • Ā Customized or personalized products.
    • Products returned without original tags or in used/unwashed condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account depends on your financial institution. If a discount code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

9. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices: Product prices are listed in the local currency of your shipping destination (USA: USD; UK: GBP; Canada: CAD; Australia: AUD). All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing on the site. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for that product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUNFEW AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY LAW.

13. Other Important Terms

14. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver (For U.S. Customers)

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or products purchased shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. This includes claims based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
  • Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions: YOU AND EUNFEW WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. No arbitrator may consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
  • Exceptions: This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies or seeking injunctive relief in a court of law for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by notifying us in writing at support@eunfew.com with your name, address, and a clear statement of your intent to opt out.

15. Platform-Specific Terms

  • Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
  • User-Generated Content: If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a perpetual license to use it. You are solely responsible for that content, and it must not be unlawful or infringe on any rights.
  • Disclaimer: The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
