1. What happens if a delivery is unsuccessful or I entered the wrong address?

We want nothing more than for your EUNFEW gear to arrive safely in your hands. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have flown out of our warehouse.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was home, don't worry! Your local carrier (USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/Australia Post) will typically leave a notice or hold it securely at a nearby hub. We highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link to coordinate a quick redelivery or local pickup.

2. Are there any restrictions or remote areas surcharges?

To cover extended carrier routes, a flat surcharge of $14.90 applies to remote US territories, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. For international remote areas, real-time rates will be transparently calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are currently unable to facilitate shipping to sanctioned or logistically constrained regions, including Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea region.

3. What about custom duties and import taxes?

  • For US Orders: Applicable local sales taxes are already smoothly integrated into your checkout experience.
  • For International Orders (CA, UK, AU): Because our pieces are delivered from our global fulfillment centers, packages may occasionally be subject to local customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are independent of EUNFEW and are handled directly by the recipient upon arrival.
