Order Changes & Cancellations
- 15-Minute Cancellation Window: You have 15 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel it. You can do this yourself through your account or via the link in your order confirmation email. After 15 minutes, our customer service team cannot cancel your order.

Orders Cannot Be Edited: Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Adding or removing items.
- Changing items, sizes, or colors.
- Modifying the shipping address or shipping method/carrier.
- Changing payment information.
- Applying a discount code or changing the price of an item.
- Shipping Address Changes: We are unable to modify a shipping address through the carrier once an order has been placed. After your order ships, you may contact the carrier directly (using the information provided in your shipping email) to attempt a delivery change, but success is not guaranteed.
- Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eunfew (SpeedGlow Hobby LLC) is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer and will not be liable for refunds or reshipments in such cases.
Order Tracking
- How to Track: You can track your order in two ways:
- Through your Eunfew account in the “My Orders” section.
- Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipment confirmation. Tracking numbers typically update every 24-48 hours.
- If Tracking Hasn't Updated:
- First, verify the address and check for any potential customs holds.
- Your order may still be in transit if multiple days pass without an update.
- Please contact our customer service only if there have been no tracking updates for over 10 business days.
- Orders to PR, HI, and Territories: For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, tracking may take 14 days or more to update. Please allow for this time before contacting us for a trace.
Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items
We strive for perfect order accuracy. If there’s an issue, please follow these steps:
- For Missing Items:
- First, check your “Shipping Confirmation” email to verify all items were listed as shipped.
- If an item is listed as shipped but not received, you must contact us within 7 days of the package delivery date.
- If an item is not listed, it may be shipping separately (you will receive a second email), or it may have been out of stock and automatically refunded (you will receive an order update email).
- For Wrong Items Received:
- Please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.
- Have your order number ready and provide clear photos of: the item you received, and the packaging (if available).
- For Damaged Items:
- Please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery.
- Have your order number ready and provide clear photos of: the full item, a close-up of the damage, all tags/labels, and the outer packaging.
Beware of Counterfeits & Fraudulent Websites
- Official Sales Channel: Eunfew products are sold exclusively through our official website: www.eunfew.com. We do not authorize sales on any other websites, social marketplaces, or third-party platforms.
- Reporting Fakes: If you encounter a website, social media ad, or seller claiming to be EUNFEW that you believe is fraudulent, please report it to us immediately at support@eunfew.com.
- If You Purchased from a Fake Site:
- We cannot process refunds, returns, or offer any support for orders placed on counterfeit websites, as we have no affiliation with them.
- You should immediately contact your bank or payment provider to dispute the charge and seek a refund.
- Risks of Buying from Fake Sites:
- Poor Quality & Scams: Products are often poorly made, not as described, never arrive, or have no return policy.
- Data Theft: Your personal and financial information can be stolen and sold on the dark web.
- Supporting Harmful Activities: Counterfeit operations are often linked to organized crime, including human trafficking, modern slavery, and money laundering.
