Note: The above delivery times are estimated transit times after the order has shipped and do not include the 1-3 business day order processing time. A flat surcharge of $14.90 applies to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Force Majeure & Unexpected Delays

While most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as flight schedules, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

For the most up-to-date delivery information, please check your tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email for real-time updates from the shipping carrier.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Please also check your spam folder.
  • If your order includes pre-sale items, the entire order will ship together on the estimated date displayed on the product page. Selecting Expedited or Express Shipping for pre-sale items may not accelerate delivery.
  • Order processing may be extended by 1-2 business days during sales events (e.g., Black Friday) or holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, product weight, and the fulfillment warehouse location. Occasionally, shipping fees may vary for the same delivery address due to stock availability from different warehouses, which is a normal part of our logistics optimization for speed and cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Crimea region, and other sanctioned or logistically constrained areas (list subject to change).

Delivery Failure & Address Issues

We are not responsible for failed delivery, return, or loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong street, invalid phone number, mismatched recipient name). Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one available or inaccessible address, the carrier typically leaves a notice. Please follow the tracking information to arrange redelivery or pickup.
  • If a package is returned to our return address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund (original shipping and return processing fees will be deducted).

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Orders within the USA: Prices include applicable sales tax.
  • International Orders (if available in the future): The recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by local customs upon delivery. EUNFEW cannot predict or control these charges.
