At EUNFEW, quality is at the core of everything we do. We are committed to using high-quality fabrics and craftsmanship to create durable and comfortable yoga apparel that we believe will support your practice. This policy outlines our commitment to product quality and the limited repair services we offer.

Quality Promise

Our products are carefully constructed with attention to detail and materials. If you discover any defect in material or workmanship under normal use within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us immediately at support@eunfew.com. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion). This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Repair Services

In line with our commitment to sustainability and extending the life of our products, EUNFEW offers complimentary, limited repair services for customers within the United States.

  • Scope of Repair Services: We aim to address minor damages from normal wear and tear to restore the core functionality of the garment. Repairs we may be able to process include:
    • Unraveled stitches / Undone seams
    • Zipper replacement (for function; color or type may not be an exact match)
    • Bra clasp/hook repair
    • Drawcord/elastic replacement or adjustment
    • Limited, minor hole mending
  • What’s Not Covered: Please note, the following are typically not covered under our complimentary repair service:
    • Pilling
    • Large holes, rips, or tears
    • Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or improper care (e.g., damage from machine drying)
    • Damage from contact with chemicals, excessive heat (e.g., near a heat source)
    • Any item not manufactured by EUNFEW

Repair Process:

1. Contact for Assessment: Email support@eunfew.com with your order number, product details, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our customer service team (Contact Person: Qing) will assess the repair feasibility.

2. Ship Your Item: If the repair is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please ship the item to: SpeedGlow Hobby LLC, GOULD ST STER HERIDAN, WY 82801, USA.

3. Repair & Return: Our trusted repair partner will perform the service once the item is received. We will ship the item back to you upon completion. The entire process is estimated to take 3-4 weeks (including shipping), though actual timing may vary.

Limitations of Liability:

  • Repairs are intended to restore functionality and are not guaranteed to make the item look brand new. Exact color, texture, or hardware matching may not be possible.
  • EUNFEW and its authorized repair agents do not warrant the success of the repair and hold no liability for any claims arising from the repair work performed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a repair if it is not technically feasible, could compromise the safety or performance of the product, or if suitable parts are unavailable.

Personal Data

 To process your repair, we will need to collect necessary personal information (e.g., name, contact, address). This data is collected and processed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Brand Protection

  • EUNFEW takes brand protection seriously and stands firmly against counterfeiting. Our products are sold exclusively through our official website, www.eunfew.com, and authorized sales channels. Any website claiming to represent EUNFEW but using non-official email addresses (e.g., “@gmail.com”) or offering suspiciously low prices is unauthorized and may be selling counterfeit goods.
  • If you suspect a website or seller is offering counterfeit EUNFEW products, please report it to us at support@eunfew.com. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards infringement and will pursue legal action.
